Announcing The Appointment Of Oladipo Badru As Executive Director

We are delighted to announce that our Board has decided to appoint Oladipo Badru to the Board of Directors as an Executive Director, effective July 1st, 2025. This appointment is in addition to his role as our Chief Financial Officer. Oladipo, has been our Acting Chief Executive Officer since October 2024.
During this transition period, our business experienced considerable improvement across operations, financial management and capital allocation, organizational morale, customer perception and overall stakeholder management.
According to a statement signed by our Board Chairman, Adefolarin Ogunsanya,
the Board appreciates Oladipo for his leadership at a critical transition period for our Company and is excited to welcome him to the Board.
